This is the first of a series of episodes I want to make about tulip entrepreneurs. Looking at people which had a creative (tulip) idea and turned it into a business.
The tulip world is very big so there are many activities going on. I can map about 10 categories/sections in the tulip world. Most obvious are the businesses which have a link with tourism. In this episode I interview Lotte Alders who is the inventor of Tilly Tulp, a pluche cuddle toy in the shape of a tulip.
